Client Feedback

In order to help us maintain the high standards of service we strive for and to learn from clients’ suggestions, we ask clients to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire at the end of each assignment.

Here’s what some of our clients say makes us different to other consultants they have worked with:

  • “You have a good understanding of how the Agency and our Division works.” (Food Standards Agency)
  • “Long-established personal relationship with Yell and understanding of Lean, plus Control 2007 costing.” (Yell)
  • “Comprehensive understanding of the organisation.  Very impressive from beginning to end.” (Probation)
  • “A perception of a greater duty of care.  Engagement is closer and subsequently I felt that we received greater service.  I would have no problems in recommending your services to anyone.  First rate.” (Ofgem)
  • “You brought knowledge of Probation and Victims work.” (Probation)
  • “Thank you very much for doing a splendid job on the customisation of this for the Team” (BBC)

Other client feedback:

  • “Thank you very much for all your hard work and I really enjoyed working with you. You are the ultimate professional and one of the most reliable and dependable consultants that I have worked with.” (BBC)
  • “Thank you for your inspirational support” (MoJ)
  • “The course you delivered was excellent. I am an organised person generally but to suddenly have a toolkit which gives you the freedom and confidence to plan projects more effectively has been a real eye-opener and I’m really excited to put this into practice.” (BBC)
  • “Thank you Ian for bringing clarity to some complex ideologies. I have been inspired by the course – (pretty good for a creative)” (BBC)
  • “…wanted to say a massive thanks for today. As always, expertly facilitated…” (Julian Support)

  • The most beneficial part of the workshop was using the techniques to identify problems that are actually happening on site.” (Construction Co.)
