Enterprise Change Management for Leaders – getting past the head nod!

In this video, Tim Creasey, from Prosci, discusses the role of leaders in change management. He talks about why leaders should build their organisation’s capability to manage change but also what they personally need to do.

I like his phrase “Getting past the head nod”. He means we need to go beyond everyone nodding in agreement that the people side of change is important and moving into real investment in time, energy and resources to build change capability.
