“Leading Together” – Haringey Council’s Leadership Programme for middle managers – video

I was one of the facilitators on Haringey Council’s “Leading Together” programme which ran last Summer. I ran a couple of modules on Demand Management which is a hot topic in many local authorities (and elsewhere) where they are often challenged as a result of funding cuts. The workshops included processes and tools for identifying and improving processes, as well as the leadership behaviours required to engage staff in improvement activities.

I also facilitated an Innovation Challenge where 3 teams identified an opportunity and developed creative solutions that the Council could implement.

Here’s the video summary of the programme and some film of their “graduation” ceremony.

What a great bunch of people to work with. They were inspired and inspiring. Exactly the sort of client that gives me a real buzz.

I worked an Associate for LHH Penna on this programme.
