There are no shortcuts from Projects to Benefits

PM-PRUBPhil Driver (OpenStrategies) and I have recently had an article accepted for publication in an Australian Project Management Journal.

The theme of the article is that there are no short-cuts from Projects to Benefits, or from Results to Benefits – every successful Project MUST link via Results through Uses to Benefits.
