The 12 days of Christmas process map!

My friends at Julian Support have sent me this clever “12 Days of Christmas” process map.  We’ve not yet done a Value Add Analysis, but we’re already working on ways to reduce the end-to-end cycle time from 12 days to something more likely to meet the end user’s needs.

12 days-1
12 days-1
12 days-3

Julian Support works with the strengths of people with  mental health difficulties, to help them lead an independent life of their choice.  They use their expertise and commitment to best practice, to promote social inclusion.
