Planning, prioritising and efficiency

 

A long time ago, I designed and ran many workshops on Time Management, mostly for clients in the private sector, where time literally is money.  I was recently able to “dust off” some of those workshop materials and update them for a new workshop.

I’m sharing the new slides here:

During the workshops, some of the most interesting discussions were around the “Time Stealers” and how to improve the quality of meetings, which seem to be a major culprit.  Effective meetings is something we talk about on many of my Project Management workshops, so (if I get time), I’ll write about that later.
