“The course you delivered was excellent. I am an organised person generally but to suddenly have a toolkit which gives you the freedom and confidence to plan projects more effectively has been a real eye-opener and I’m really excited to put this into practice.” [Introduction to Project Management Workshop]

Thanks for the great and informative course over the last couple of days.”  [Introduction to Project Management Workshop]

“Thank you Ian for bringing clarity to some complex ideologies. I have been inspired by the course – (pretty good for a creative)” [Introduction to Project Management Workshop]

…wanted to say a massive thanks for today. As always, expertly facilitated…[New Service & Process Design Workshop]

The most beneficial part of the workshop was using the techniques to identify problems that are actually happening on site.[Root Cause Problem Solving for Lean Construction Workshop]

“Feel better equipped to take competitive advantage from time” [Waste and Value for Lean Construction Workshop]

“Really enjoyed working with Ian and hope to do it again soon” [Process Improvement Workshops]
