5 questions that should shape any Change Programme

This Harvard Business Review blog post summarises five questions that should be asked whenever you are planning a Change Programme:

  • Where do we want to go?
  • How ready are we to get started?
  • What practical steps do we need to take?
  • How do we manage the journey?
  • How do we keep moving forward?

I felt they overlapped remarkably closely with the 5 requirements for successful change that I described in an earlier blog post (note this is the “5-box model” rather than the 4-box model”).  The HBR article gives some US examples of businesses that have answered these five questions.
