I was reminded recently of a simple, single, framework for reporting performance and focusing on improvement. The graphic below gives an example. Top-right = how did we perform this month? Top-left = what’s the performance trend? Bottom-left = do we understand our performance? Bottom-right = what actions do we need to take to get back on track or improve further?
