It’s three years since Improvement Skills Consulting started trading; building on 20 years’ experience of helping organisations to implement sustainable continuous improvement processes. In the past three years we’ve worked for 5o different organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Virtually all of our work comes from word of mouth recommendations and repeat business from past and current clients, which we feel is a measure of the satisfaction they feel about the service and value we offer.
We set out with strong views on how consultants should operate and behave with clients and called it Ethical Consulting. Those principles underpin our work. It’s also why we continue to provide pro bono consulting support to voluntary sector organisations.
